Robotics Instructor Training – Beginner Level

This 1-month (weekend) hands-on training program by Alpha Beta is designed for adults, teachers, and education professionals who want to start teaching STEM and Robotics to children.
Through guided, hands-on sessions, you’ll create circuits, assemble components, and program basic autonomous robots that can move, sense, and react to their environment — ideal for introducing students to STEM in classrooms.

Programme Schedule

Duration: 1 Month (Weekend Programme)
Course Start Date: 01 November 2025
Location: Alpha Beta, Street 04, F-Block, Wah New City Phase 2
Schedule: Only Saturday & Sunday

📍 Separate Sessions for Males and Females

• Females: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM

• Males: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Week 1 – Introduction to Circuits, Microcontrollers, and Robotics

• Introduction to Robotics

• Basic Electrical Concepts

• Simple Circuit Building

Week 2 – Introduction to Programming & Simulation

• What is Programming? Logic and Sequence Basics

• Block-Based Programming (drag-and-drop coding)

• Writing first programs: Blinking LED, Sensor-based Conditions

• Programming and simulating microcontroller circuits

• Introduction to Circuit Design Software for Circuit Simulation

• Uploading and Testing Basic Arduino Code

Week 3 – Sensors and Kit Assembly

• Introduction to different sensors

• Interfacing Sensors with microcontroller

• Programming the sensors and microcontroller

• Controlling Motors through Block based codes

• Practical: Assemble Kits, Build a basic robot frame & test motor and wheel movements

Week 4 – Autonomous Robotics Projects & Assessment

• Combining sensors, motors, and logic

• Designing simple autonomous robots (2 different robots) for real-world functions

• Testing and troubleshooting robotic behavior

• Final Assessment & Certification Exam

Certification

Participants who successfully complete all sessions and pass the final evaluation will be awarded the Alpha Beta Certified Robotics Instructor (Beginner Level) certificate.

What Students are required to bring:

For physical workshops, Alpha Beta will use their own kits and the kits will remain the property of Alpha Beta.
